Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide (name, email, business information), the Business Knowledge you add, customer records you import, and SMS conversation history generated through the platform.
Your Twilio and OpenAI accounts
FollowWiz uses Twilio for SMS delivery and OpenAI for AI conversations. You connect your own Twilio account and OpenAI API key, and those credentials are stored securely and used only to operate your FollowWiz workspace.
How we use information
We use your information to send appointment reminders, follow-ups, confirmations and rescheduling messages, to answer customer questions using your Business Knowledge, to update your CRM pipeline, and to provide support.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate FollowWiz, or when required by law.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by contacting support@followwiz.com.
