These terms describe your rights and responsibilities when using FollowWiz.
Using FollowWiz
FollowWiz provides AI-powered SMS appointment follow-up. You are responsible for maintaining accurate business information and for the content of the messages sent from your account.
Third-party accounts
FollowWiz requires your own Twilio account for SMS and your own OpenAI API key for AI conversations. Usage of those services is governed by their respective terms and billed by those providers.
Messaging compliance
You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers before sending SMS and for complying with applicable messaging regulations in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use FollowWiz to send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages, or to misrepresent your business identity.
